Time Commitment

Full time OR One to three days a week – Only weekdays

Duties & Responsibilities

· Assist in Data Entry

· Assist in HR tasks such as leave, and attendance

· Assist with administrative related tasks in the organization

· Assist with storekeeping, such as coordinating and rearrange the store

· Filing

Requirements

· Completed secondary education; undergraduate university degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Communications or other relevant field of study is desirable.

· Training in editing/ writing/ publishing would be an asset.

· Relevant experience with English language drafting, writing and editing.

· Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office programmes.

· A fast learner & able to work at a fast pace with minimal supervision

· Highly adaptive & has good communication skills

· Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

· Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; Knowledge of Malay is an asset.

· Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
